Because each portrait is made specifically for you, we don't offer cash refunds once work has started. Instead, every order includes unlimited revisions: once your preview is ready, you can request changes as many times as it takes until you're happy with it and approve the final result.
If you change your mind before we've started on your portrait, reach out via our contact page as soon as possible and we'll do what we can to help.
If a printed poster or canvas arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement print at no extra cost.
If something about your order isn't right, tell us — most issues can be resolved through a revision. Reach out via our contact page.
