When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address (for physical prints), and the reference photos you upload. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, and message.
To create and fulfill your order, send you order updates and confirmations, respond to messages you send us, and print/ship physical orders through our print partner. We don't sell your personal information to third parties.
Reference photos you upload but don't complete checkout with are automatically deleted after 48 hours. Photos attached to a completed order are kept as part of your order record.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details ourselves — Stripe handles that directly, under its own privacy policy.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, purchases). This doesn't include your uploaded photos or order details.
Service providers that help us run the Site and fulfill orders: Stripe (payments), our print partner (physical orders), our email provider (order confirmations), and our hosting/database providers. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by reaching out via our contact page.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
