Portralo ("we", "us") is operated by an individual sole proprietor. These terms apply whenever you place an order or otherwise use portralo.com (the "Site").
Custom-made portraits (digital files, printed posters, and canvas prints) created from reference photos you upload. Each order is made specifically for you after payment — nothing is pre-made stock.
Payment is collected in full at checkout via Stripe. Placing an order and completing payment authorizes us to begin work on your portrait.
After your reference photos are turned into a preview, you can request revisions until you're satisfied, or approve it as final. See our Refund Policy for what happens if you're not happy with the result.
You must own the rights to any photo you upload, or have permission to use it. We use your reference photos solely to create your order.
Poster and canvas orders are printed and shipped by a third-party print partner. Delivery times vary by size and destination.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
